    歷史沿革 Profile

    創立於民國七十六年碁富食品股份有限公司,多年來以卓越的品質與服務,滿足了許多客戶的需求,與對超高品質的要求,成為業界翹楚。
    碁富食品為AIB 國際認證之優良冷凍食品廠,生產各式雞肉類、牛肉類、魚肉類、豬肉類、 米飯類、烘焙類等冷凍食品。
    主要銷售對象為國內各大國際速食業者、連鎖餐廳、盤商、一般零售通路及國內知名食品品牌之專業代工產品。
    碁富的經營宗旨在於結合所有的優勢與資源,以創新之技術、最佳之品質,提供顧客超水準之服務來協助顧客成功。

    K&K Foods Ltd. was established in 1987. Over the year, K&K has achieved the highest level of customer service satisfaction for all our customers.
    K&K was certified by AIB International to have fulfilled the requirements of AIB Consolidated Standards for Prerequisite and Food Safety Programs. We produce a wide range of frozen products such as ham, sausages, chicken, bovine, fish, pork, rice and many refrigerator pouch product. We supply to most of the leading fast food companies both local and international as well as many retailers and wholesalers.
    Our mission is to provide the best services and products to our customers with best value. We utilize our innovative technologies, state-of –the act facilities, and world-class quality system as well as customer needs focused team to contribute to our customer’s success. We will be successful only after our customers are fully satisfied.







  • 設備與原料 Equipments & Raw Materials

    碁富採用國內外世界一流機台設備,高品質之一貫作業機台,作為硬體設施。

    碁富食品不斷引進各國優良產品與原料,採用新鮮上選食材。在多年努力拓展下,備受國際知名廠商信賴,不論消費性食品或加工利用食品素材,均深獲消費者及食品界、餐飲業好評。

     

    K&K is equipped with high quality machines manufactured by world famous makers. We source our new material from the highest quality suppliers around the world.

    K&K manufactures a wide variety of frozen products including poultry, beef, pork, rice and seafood products. The company produces products mainly for Quick Service Restaurants, convenience stores, hyper markets, wholesales and retailers. To meet the growing demand from out customers, we also produce a series of consumer pack products under the brand named of “Red Dragon” and “Big Winner” with the same high Quality standards.



  • 研發團隊 Research and Development Team

    碁富的研發中心設於北部總公司與中部分公司,研發團隊由十數位擁有食品相關科系碩博士背景之精英,結合產、官、學界之專業人士所組成,更有OSI集團全球食品技術專家研發網作為後盾,擁有陣容堅強完整研發服務網以提供客戶最完善的服務。

    我們的OSI全球研發團隊經常收集各地美食,彙整開發,並與各區域市場技術交流,開發過各種肉類製品,如火腿、中西式香腸、燒烤肉製品、煙燻產品、調理冷凍包、冷凍調理醬包、速食半製品 (如炸雞、雞塊、魚排、漢堡肉餅、湯製品等),我們強大的研發能力,可即時為顧客量身訂製,開發配方。

    依據顧客需求、市場流行、消費導向,在最短的時間內設計開發出新產品,並導入量化生產,以協助顧客掌握市場優勢,滿足各種消費族群的需求。

     

    To meet and exceed out customer’s expectation, K&K has established an unique yet strong R&D team with R&D centers in both of out production facilities. Team members consist of different disciplines. Many of them are major in food science and technology with Master of Science and PhD degrees from local and international universities. We also have a certified chef in the team. This combination enables us to create products in both Western and Asian style. In addition, we have the full network of specialists support from our partner OSI group in the U.S. Their global research and information system on the latest food processing method and new technology as well as new equipment are collected worldwide and share with the team on a regular basis. With these knowledge combines with out local talents, we can certainly offer out customers the best options for their business needs. Along with out market intelligence, we are capable to create new products that fit in the new market trend. Then we proactively present the concept and products to out customers to give them the competitive edge in the market place.

    Furthermore, equipped with these know-hows, we can tailor made products for out customers. Our R&D team and our facilities are extremely flexible and focused to the customer needs. The team dedicates all its efforts to keep the customer satisfied. Their team has made many contributions to the success of K&K.

    追求卓越的品質是本公司最重要的企業精神。透過全員之教育與訓練,及製程的改善,碁富不斷提昇生產品質,以符合客戶滿意為宗旨。

    而從建廠以來,即持續建立 5S、HACCP 等衛生及食品安全管理系統,為食品衛生安全把關,通過ISO 9001、ISO 22000管理系統運作並取得驗證,通過McDonald‘s HACCP及SQMS系統的稽核,及美國烘焙協會 (AIB) 食品衛生安全稽核最優等級 (Superior) 評等。

    碁富彰化廠品管實驗室更獲得財團法人全國認證基金會 (TAF) 生物測試領域認證 (ISO/IEC17025) ,認可編號:0814,提供對內及對外檢驗服務,是碁富追求卓越品質的肯定。

    除此之外,碁富更將國際公認的職業安全衛生管理系統 (OHSAS 18001) 納入管理系統,目的是使組織能夠進行風險管理,並提高性能,不斷地在產品、經營上追求卓越,以求提供更衛生安全的產品與工作環境,作為企業永續經營發展的基石。

    K&K has established highest quality standard in every product we produce. In order of achieve such a goal, we have comprehensive and complete training manual for each employee including production line workers. With management team focused on continuous improvement and constantly reinforce the product quality , every employee takes pride in out product quality. Such an effort in rewarded by McDonald’s APMEA Quality Center as “Target” supplier for 10:1 beef patties, chicken patties and fillet of fish patties. Moreover, we also implemented programs such as 5S, GMP, HACCP in out plants to ensure food safety standards are met every single day. We have passed FDA Bioterrorism Certification and HACCP audits from TAF(Taiwan Accreditation Foundation) and international companies such McDonald’s as well as many leading companies in Taiwan. The internationally renowned AIB audit (American Institute of Bakery) ranked K&K as a superior manufacturer year after year.

    Our QC Laboratory in Chang Hwa plant has been accredited as a member of the Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025, accreditation number 0814). All of these are the result of our relentless efforts in pursuing the highest quality possible.

    本公司為優良冷凍食品廠,主要從事生產各式相關之冷凍/冷藏食品。結合上游供應廠商及客戶共組優質的夥伴關係,提供員工良好的工作環境,善盡企業的環保責任,給予這個綠色地球上所有的生物及後代子孫更優質的生活環境。本公司為落實ISO14001環境管理系統,特定〝節能、減廢、資源回收〞為環境政策,並將保護環境與污染預防做為公司經營管理之一環。

    承諾並要求做到:
    1. 符合環境法規,響應綠色環保。
    2. 首重污染預防,重視源頭管理。
    3. 善用有限資源,實踐資源回收。

    K&K as a frozen food plant is mainly engaged in manufacturing all kinds of frozen meat / frozen prepared foods. Cooperated with upstream suppliers and customers as partnership of high-quality oriented to provide employees a good working environment, fulfill the corporate environmental responsibility, and give the creatures of our green planet and future generations a better living environment. K&K has implemented ISO-14001 environmental management system, specifically practicing "energy saving, waste reduction and recycling" for the environmental policy, protection and pollution prevention as a whole company management.
